To get a first impression of each other, we arrange a short interview by phone. If everything fits, you can then work out a case study for your area.

FAQ - Your most important questions for us

Yes. Everyone on our team works remotely in Germany. Whether in a small village or a big city. We break up the daily routine of remote working with joint workations, where we come together as a team. Most recently in Hamburg.

The only thing that ties us to Austria is our address. Otherwise, we have all our structures in Germany (tax advisor, lawyer, etc.). Every employee receives a German employment contract and is covered by German social security. So there is no disadvantage compared to a German employer. We will be happy to answer any further questions and provide more details during the recruitment process.

We are 100% bootstrapped. This means we earn our money before we spend it. We apply this mindset to our recruiting as well: we only hire when we can justify it financially and plan for the position long-term.
