The sustainable clothing brand from Switzerland plants a tree for every product purchased in its shop and has a clear mission: to support global reforestation.
Since 2016, they have been making sustainable and fair fashion affordable and, at the same time, making the world a greener place.

So far, more than 2 million trees have been planted. Once fully grown, these trees produce oxygen for approximately 2 million people. But NIKIN is not satisfied with this and wants to continue to promote greater sustainability worldwide in the future.

Even before the successful collaboration with our agency, NIKIN had migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. To further professionalize the brand’s email marketing, we jointly began revising the existing setup. The goal was to increase sales and strengthen NIKIN’s branding.

The challenge here was to take into account all the different languages spoken in Switzerland (German, French, and English) throughout the entire workflow.

Email marketing for the

Email marketing is one of the most important but often underestimated sales channels in e-commerce. While other channels such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. are highly dependent on ad spend, email is very cost-effective (without an advertising budget).

After the joint Green Friday campaign, we noticed this particularly in December, when we achieved high five-figure sales with our Christmas campaign and just a single targeted email campaign, resulting in Nikin’s strongest sales day overall. The decisive factor here was the expansion of the target group and meaningful segmentation in order to reach even more customers overall.
